Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $250 Australia-wide. Orders under $250 have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery. Charges are calculated by location, and most parcels arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Order Processing
- Orders are packed and dispatched on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods, new arrivals launches, or peak holiday volume, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect address details can delay delivery, and we cannot take responsibility for parcels affected by inaccurate shipping information.
- We work with trusted delivery partners to get your order to you safely. Carrier delays can occasionally occur and remain outside our control.
